How is support billed?

Clients without an active support plan may still request assistance. Non-support-plan requests are billed at an hourly support rate of $200 per hour.
Approximately 95% of our clients choose an ongoing support package, as it is more cost-efficient and provides priority response times, faster resolution, and proactive system oversight such as our Uptime Monitoring System.
